It’s another Roses battle this weekend as Lancashire is visited by West Yorkshire, with Preston North End entertaining Huddersfield Town at Deepdale.
The Lilywhites face the in-form side in the division with the Terriers seven unbeaten in recent weeks, with the decision to appoint the Cowley brothers into the top job at the John Smith’s Stadium looking a good one with their turnaround in form.
Having been relegated after two seasons in the Premier League in the summer, their start to the campaign led to the change at the top and results since then have shown the quality in the squad and that their early season league position was not reflective of their capabilities.
However, confidence is also high in the North End dressing room, as the side look to go into the final international break in the calendar year in the automatic promotion places, having briefly gone top with the win at Charlton Athletic last weekend.
With half season tickets on sale and another good visiting following, there is no better time to sample the atmosphere at Deepdale and to be a part of it, so get down and back the boys in their Championship push.
