PNE boss Alex Neil has been shortlisted for the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month award for September.
It's the second time North End have been on the shortlist for a Sky Bet award this season, with Daniel Johnson winning the Championship Player of the Month award for August.
North End were unbeaten in league action throughout the month of September, with two wins and a draw from the three Championship games last month.
The gaffer led the side to a 2-0 win at home to Brentford in the opening game of September, before picking up a first away league win of the season a week later with a 1-0 at Birmingham City.
The Lilywhites then showed great character to come from behind twice to earn a point in a six-goal thriller against Bristol City at Deepdale to end the month.
Alex is shortlisted for the award alongside Slaven Bilic of West Bromwich Albion, Nottingham Forest's Sabri Lamouchi and Sheffield Wednesday boss Garry Monk.
The winner will be announced on Friday 11th October.
