Ticket Information: Reading Away

17 October 2019
The Lilywhites’ No.2 is back in the reckoning having missed one game for the accumulation of five bookings so far in the 2019/20 season.

Fellow full back Andrew Hughes is also available to return, having missed the last month through injury. The Welshman completed 90 minutes in a behind closed doors game during the international break and is available if selected, however, skipper Tom Clarke is not yet ready.
Louis Moult is absent, the striker ruled out for the season as he works hard on his recovery after an operation to repair the ACL he damaged at Swansea City back in August.

How To Follow The Game: Reading Away

17 October 2019
New Reading boss Mark Bowen will be hoping for a clean bill of health from the 12 players the Royals have had away on international duty over the past fortnight.

The new man at the Madejski Stadium helm will already know plenty about his players, having been in the role of sporting director since earlier this year, so should have a good idea of how he wants to shape the team in their first game since Jose Gomes’ departure. He will also be able to call upon the likes of Garath McCleary and Chris Gunter, who were not in the previous manager's plans.
