Preston North End will take on Burnley at Deepdale in a pre-season friendly on Tuesday 1st September.
The game completes the pre-season schedule for the Lilywhites with the clash with the Clarets the first of three Premier League tests for Alex Neil's side ahead of the 2020/21 Championship campaign.
Sean Dyche brings his side to Deepdale on Tuesday afternoon for a 2pm kick-off before North End's final preparations see games against Sheffield United and Everton later in the week.
North End kicked off the pre-season campaign with a 3-1 win over Salford City in the opening game of the schedule before a 1-1 draw away to Tranmere Rovers on Tuesday afternoon.
The upcoming fixtures see a step up in opposition as the squad prepare for the start of the new league season.
