Following the launch of the new ticketing website earlier this month, supporters are once again encouraged to reset their password and update their details on MyPNE.Com if you haven't done so already.
Going forward, all season tickets and match tickets will be sold through the club's new ticketing system with Advanced which will be available online, over the phone and in person as usual.
Supporters are also encouraged to update their 'friends and family' details in order to link your account to the accounts of those you purchase with.
Having your friends and family linked with your account allows you to buy tickets on their behalf, helps them to build their own purchase history and obtain their own loyalty points for priority purchases.
This can be done once you have updated your own details via the 'My Account' section of MyPNE.Com.
As we continue preparations for the 2020/21 season in these unprecedented times, we are encouraging all supporters who haven't already done so since the launch, to reset their passwords on the new ticketing system to gain access to their accounts and make the process much quicker when we are in a position to sell season and match tickets once again.
Please note if you have bought tickets with the club before, you will already have an account. If you are unsure of your member number or email address then please contact the ticket office by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 0344 856 1966.
Please do not create a new account on MyPNE as this will cause duplication.
Once you have followed the link below, you will be asked to enter your member number or the email address linked to your account and you will then receive an email to reset your password.
Once you have reset your password, you will be asked to update your details and select your media preferences for receiving news from the club and/or club partners. You will need to complete this section before the process is complete.
If you have the same email address registered against different ticket accounts, please use the individual member numbers to reset the password for each account and ensure that a different password is created for each account.

As mentioned in the club's latest update on the matter [link to article], until the club receives further clarification from the Government and the EFL, the club are not currently in a position to confirm details on season tickets for the 2020/21 season.
