In the final home game of the calendar year every season, we remember this associated with Preston North End who have sadly passed away in the previous 12 months.
PNE's final home game of 2020 will take place against Coventry City on Tuesday 29th December, and we will once again be holding a minute's silence ahead of kick-off in memory of those we have sadly lost this year.
This year has been a particularly challenging time for everyone, and so it is more important than ever that we come together to remember those who are sadly no longer with us and celebrate their lives.
During the minute's silence, there will be a tribute on the big screen at Deepdale with the names of all of those who have sadly passed away, including all of those connected to t he club, former players and fans alike.
The tribute will also be shared on the club website so supporters are able to see it with the games still behind closed doors.
We would welcome the names of any North End fans who have sadly passed away this year, and these can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject '2020 Tribute' and must please be sent by 5pm on Sunday 27th December.
