Virtual Season Tickets Confirmed

Preston North End are delighted to announce that they will be able to offer a free virtual season ticket for all current season card holders and half season card holders.

Lilywhites supporters, who hold a 2019/20 season card or half season card, will get access through the club’s iFollow PNE portal to all nine remaining fixtures, home and away! These will be available to season card holders even if the games are selected from Sky Sports coverage.

To access the service, which includes four camera footage of all the games, including commentary provided by PNE’s commentary team of Jonathan Breeze and former defender Tommy Spurr, season card holders will receive a unique code to activate their account.

We are looking to distribute these codes to all season card holders on Tuesday 16th June, please be aware that each code can only be activated once on a single device, this one code will give you access to all nine games on your iFollow account. Please also note that iFollow PNE is only available on mobile, tablet and desktop, and is not available on smart TVs. 

Please note that supporters are urged to register for a free iFollow PNE pass and redeem their code as soon as possible once they receive it in order to avoid any issues closer to the games. In order to assist supporters, a series of step by step guides and Frequently Asked Questions will be issued in due course.

In order to distribute these codes, it is imperative we are able to contact all season card and half season card holders, so we need to ensure the current data we have for you is accurate and up to date.

All season and half season card holders who have a current email address on their account will receive the code via email. If you have registered online with MyPNE.Com previously using your season ticket member number, you will be able to log in to your account using either your email address or member number to check your details are up to date.

If you are not already registered online with your season ticket member number or you do not have an email address linked to your account, you can fill in the form at the bottom of this page to ensure that this is updated. We would encourage supporters to do this as soon as possible.

Supporters should not re-register on MyPNE.Com. If you’re unsure of your log in details or have any queries with regards to your account, please contact the ticket office directly on 0344 856 1966 during the opening hours.

Those who do not have an email on the system but have a registered mobile or landline number will also be contacted, via text and by recorded voice message. This will ask you to reply with an email address and is not a scam – it will be us getting in touch! Please be aware that we will only be asking for an email address, and not any further details.

We would urge supporters to ensure that all information is up to date as soon as possible so that the access codes and information on how to activate these can be distributed.

The ticket office at Deepdale is currently closed, however, from 9am on Thursday 11th June, those who are encountering any difficulty in updating their details, can contact the staff between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday on 0344 856 1966.

In the event we have not got an email address for you, or either a mobile or a landline number and we have not heard from you by midnight on Sunday 14th June, we will write to you with your unique code in order to activate your iFollow access to the games.

We would advise supporters to familiarise themselves with the iFollow section of the website - by clicking here - and sign up now for a free ‘Basic Pass’, if you do not already have one, to speed up the process when you come to activate your code.

When the games begin, any queries relating to iFollow should be done via the chat service available via the website by clicking on the speech bubble in the bottom right corner or by emailing ifollow@efl.com. These queries should not be directed to the club, as we do not operate or have access to the running of the operation, so will not be able to assist with technical queries.

As mentioned in our previous update, the club are not currently in a position to offer refunds for any perceived loss from the current season and we hope that our season card holders see the offer of a free virtual season ticket for all nine games, both home and away, as a way of our thanks for your fantastic support throughout this challenging period.

We are continuing to examine other potential options to thank our loyal season card holders and this will be communicated as and when there is further clarity on next season.

All hospitality season card holders and executive box holders will be contacted separately by the club’s commercial team in the coming days with details of their access to the games, but if you have any queries in the meantime and fall in to one of these two groups, please email commercial@pne.com.

Finally, we would like to thank all season card holders and half season card holders for their patience and continued support during this difficult time and hope that by providing access to all games you will be able to be a part of what we hope will be a positive end to the season.
