Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the club shop closed until further notice on Friday 20th March, with online sales still ongoing.
Following the latest update from the government on Monday 23rd March, in order to protect staff further, the club shop are suspending any deliveries up until Easter at the earliest.
The online store remains open and any orders placed before Friday 27th March will be sent out as planned, but any orders placed as of today (Friday 27th March) will be processed and then sent out once staff return after the government lockdown is over.
Anyone who needs to return an item should hold onto this until the shop re-opens. The returns policy has been extended from 30 days to 60 days from purchase and this policy will be reviewed in line with government advice. Please do not send any returns back to us whilst the store is closed, as these will not be able to be processed.
If you have placed an order from 23rd March 2020 and wish to cancel your order, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org rather than the Club Shop and a member of the team will be able to process this for you. When e-mailing, please include your order number to speed up this process.
The spring sale is still on and so why not treat yourself to a special offer and this will be delivered to you once we have overcome this challenging period.
