Luton Town Refunds

Supporters who purchased a ticket for our trip to Luton Town will now receive a full refund for their ticket.

Supporters who purchased their tickets online will not need to do anything, your tickets will be automatically refunded over the next week. Those who bought in person or over the phone should email ticketoffice@pne.com and the ticket office will call you to process your refund.

In order to make the process as quick as possible, when emailing to request a refund please provide the following details: The name of the lead booker, member number, payment reference number, address and contact number.

Refunds are also available for those who purchased travel through the club for this fixture, again those who purchased travel online will automatically be refunded, while those who bought in person or over the phone should email ticketoffice@pne.com to process their refund.

Please note that all refunds for this fixture must be requested by close of play on Friday 31st July 2020.

The club will set out its policies with regards to pre-purchased home tickets and season tickets in the coming week.
