North End have two players on international duty during the October break, with Alan Browne and Emil Riis Jakobsen representing their respective nations.
Browne has once again been called up to the Republic of Ireland squad for their three games this month, with a crucial EURO 2020 play-off semi-final and two UEFA Nations League games.
Republic of Ireland are away to Slovakia on Thursday evening in the one-legged semi-final in Bratislava, with the winner facing either Bosnia-Herzegovina or Northern Ireland in the play-off final for a place at net summer's tournament.
Stephen Kenny's side then face Wales in Dublin on Sunday 11th October at 2pm, before a trip to Finland on Wednesday 14th October, 5pm kick-off.
While new signing Emil joins up with Denmark U21 for their upcoming UEFA EURO U21 qualifiers against Malta and Finland.
Denmark U21 take on Malta on Friday 9th October with a 5pm kick-off, before hosting Finland on Tuesday 13th October, also a 5pm kick-off.
Riis was on the scoresheet for the U21s during the last international break in September, scoring a late equaliser in the 1-1 draw at home to Ukraine.
