Preston North End would like to make season card holders who selected option one for their 2020/21 season card aware of a change to how they will access games on iFollow PNE this season.
As of Saturday's fixture against Birmingham City, the EFL have simplified the process for season card holders, with promo codes no longer being widely used.
Season card holders who selected option one earlier this month will no longer have to enter a promo code on iFollow PNE to access our home games and the seven midweek away games included in your option.
iFollow accounts are now being aligned with the email address you have provided to the club, meaning all those who selected option one who have an iFollow account registered under the email address you have given to the club will have automatic access to the live stream when logged in.
This process was used successfully for the club's live Sky Sports game against Cardiff City earlier this month and those who successfully logged in and accessed that fixture will be able to do the same for our upcoming home games and the remaining midweek away games that are included.
Supporters can check whether they have access by going to their iFollow account on PNE.Com and clicking on the 'Purchased Packages' section. In this section you should see 'Season Ticket - Preston North End' and the status should say 'active'.
All supporters who selected option one should have received an email on Thursday outlining whether they have automatic access or not. A small number of supporters do not have an iFollow account registered to the email address we hold for them, those supporters should also have received an email outlining the steps they need to take for future games, as well as a one-off promo code for Saturday’s match.

All supporters who selected option three for their season cards were given access to the QPR and Reading away fixtures as an added incentive and will still receive a promo code for the Reading fixture via email in the days prior to the game.
Match passes are still available for those who did not select option one or chose not to purchase a season card, they are available on a match by match basis by clicking here. Please note that games that are selected for coverage on Sky Sports will not be available to purchase on a match by match basis, however they will still be available to season card holders who selected option one.
