The club has been made aware of an issue with the iFollow codes issued to season card holders for Saturday's fixture against Stoke City.
After investigating with the EFL, we have discovered that the EFL have generated duplicate codes for the fixture, which they then supplied to the club to distribute.
New codes will be distributed to all season card holders this afternoon to the email on their account. If you have already successful redeemed your code for Saturday's game, no action is required.
If you have attempted to redeem your code and found it was invalid, please use the new code supplied on email.
It is very important that you follow the instructions that be found here to ensure you activate your code and do not pay.
Please note that you must enter your payment details to redeem the code. The code acts as a discount and so once you enter your payment details, you must then enter your code in the promo code box on the payment page and then click 'apply'. Before selecting 'pay' please ensure that the total to pay is at £0 as this means that the discount has been applied and you will not be charged.
Any supporters who have purchased an individual match pass have not been affected.

Fans are advised to redeem their code as soon as possible and not wait until matchday as iFollow support is extremely busy on matchday and there are the club are unable to assist with codes on matchday.
The EFL have apologised profusely for this error and for any inconvenience caused to Preston North End supporters.
