Preston North End Football Club is both devastated and saddened by the sudden and untimely death of John Kennedy of Cork following a drowning incident last Friday.
John was a truly dedicated supporter and volunteer for Cork City and had been involved with the Club and the wider Cork community for many years.
Our condolences go out to John's family and everyone connected with Cork City.'
