Covid-19 Update

10 December 2021

Preston North End can confirm that supporters will not need to show a Covid vaccination passport or proof of a negative lateral flow test for this weekend's fixture against Barnsley.

While certification and tests will not be required this weekend, following the Government's announcement on Wednesday evening, supporters will now need to wear a face covering while on the concourse at Deepdale, unless eating or drinking. These must be worn by all supporters over the age of 11, unless medically exempt, while on the concourse until entering the stadium bowl.

Please note that face coverings will also be required in hospitality when not seated in your lounge or executive box. Face coverings must be worn from entering the stadium to being seated.

From Wednesday 15th December, Covid-19 Certification will become mandatory for entry into settings where large crowds gather, meaning these changes will be introduced at Deepdale from our Boxing Day fixture against Sheffield United. Further details on this will be confirmed in due course.

Supporters continue to be encouraged to follow Government guidance and should not attend Deepdale if you have any symptoms of Covid or you are required to self-isolate.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation on this matter.
