Defender Josh Earl has joined Burton Albion on loan for the remainder of the 2020/21 season.
Earl, who has made seven appearances for North End this season, heads to the Pirelli Stadium to gain further experience of first team football.
The Brewers recently reappointed Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink who has added the 22-year-old to his defensive ranks.
Last season the PNE No.3 had loan spells at Bolton Wanderers and Ipswich Town, and this is a further opportunity to get valuable game time.
