Following the failure of our stream at the pre-season friendly with St Johnstone, the club have made representations to both the EFL and Endeavour Streaming, who provide the service.
Despite the efforts of the EFL and club staff, the service provided by Endeavour was not acceptable and this has been made very clear.
All match passes bought for this fixture will be automatically refunded, while those who purchased monthly passes on 13th July 2021 can request a refund by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
The club were already well underway with a review of services provided through the EFL Digital deal and will continue to explore alternative solutions, but this is not something that can be implemented overnight.
Sales of match passes for our remaining friendlies will be suspended whilst we review our plans to try and deliver a service for these games that is both robust and gives our supporters the access they deserve. Further details of what we can provide will be announced before the weekend.
