It’s time to come home to Deepdale and we can’t wait to have you back!

The club want to reward Preston North End fans for their loyalty throughout what has been a difficult 18 months for everyone, with a special loyalty bonus towards your 2021/22 season card for those who had a season card in 2019/20, including those who had a half season card that season.

An additional bonus will be available to those who purchased a 2020/21 season card and selected option one or option three*.

We are delighted to be welcoming supporters back to Deepdale for the new season and we feel it is important to reward our loyal fans after such a challenging period throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. 

The club are still to receive absolute confirmation of capacities and rules regarding fixtures next season, but we are optimistic that from the opening home game of the new campaign for Frankie McAvoy’s team, you will be able to join us again for the first time since March 2020.

While we hope we will be at full capacity at the start of the new season, should there be a restricted capacity at Deepdale, those who had a 2019/20 season card and purchase a 2021/22 season card will get priority to attend home fixtures. 

Full season card details for the new campaign can now be confirmed, with the special loyalty bonus available to those who are eligible, while season cards have been held at 2019/20 prices for all other supporters looking to purchase a season card this year! 

*Option one was for those supporters who opted to receive access to all home games on iFollow PNE and the seven midweek away games in 2020/21. Option three was for supporters who chose to carry their season card over to the 2021/22 season. 

Key Points

• Season card holders from the 2019/20 season have had their seats reserved and are eligible for a ‘loyalty bonus’ taken off the price of their 2021/22 season card.
• 2020/21 ‘option one’ and ‘option three’ season card holders receive an additional bonus, reducing the price of their season card even further.
• Season cards must be purchased by 30th June 2021 in order to receive the loyalty bonus of the price of your season card. Please note the deadline has now been extended until close of play on Saturday 3rd July 2021.
• All season card pricing has been held at 2019/20 prices, before the loyalty bonuses have been applied. 
• U11 season cards return to being free of charge when accompanied by a full-paying over 18 season card holder (maximum of four U11s per over 18 season card). Those who paid £69 for their U11 season card in 2020/21 and selected option one or option three will get the full amount credited to their account with the option of a full refund.
• The Ambassador and Premier Member offer remains in place for those who have maintained their season card status.
• New season cards will be produced and sent out before the start of the new season.

Season cards are on sale now and can be purchased via the club’s ticket office at Deepdale, over the phone on 0344 856 1966 and via the new online ticketing system at www.mypne.com.

Please note that social distancing remains in place at the ticket office with reduced tills in operation, and so supporters are encouraged to please purchase online where possible. Supporters purchasing disabled and carer season cards will need to call or visit the ticket office to purchase. 

All 2019/20 season card holders’ seat reservations are locked in and will be held until the start of the season. Car park spaces – which are also held at 2019/20 prices – will be reserved until 5pm on 30th June 2021.

Loyalty Bonus Details

As detailed in the key points above, season card holders from both the 2019/20 and 2020/21 season can take advantage of a financial loyalty bonus taken off the price of their 2021/22 season cards, full details of which are below. 

Please note that you can be eligible for one or two of the discounts below. 

(A) If you had a 2019/20 season card, you will receive the following discount off the price of your 2021/22 season card: 

Adults £30

Concessions £15

Juniors £5

(B) If you had a 2020/21 season card and selected option one, you will receive the following discount off the price of your 2021/22 season card, plus the discount outlined in (A) above if you also had a 2019/20 season card: 

Adults £70

Concessions £35

Juniors £10

(C) If you had a 2020/21 season card and selected option three, you will receive the following discount off the price of your 2021/22 season card, plus the discount outlined in (A) above if you also had a 2019/20 season card: 

Adults £15

Concessions £10

Juniors £5

• The bonus is applicable to adults, seniors, young adults, juniors and disabled supporters. The bonus applicable is relevant to the price and relevant age band of your season card in the 2021/22 season.
• Supporters can be eligible for one or two of the credits above which will automatically be applied at checkout; this will depend on what you have purchased in the last two seasons. 
• For example, an adult season card holder who chose option one in 2020/21, who also had a season card in 2019/20, will get £100 off their season ticket in total! 
• U11 season card holders who paid £69 for their season card in 2020/21 and selected either option one or option three will receive a full refund of £69. This will be credited to the relevant MyPNE account and can be used against future ticket purchases, or can be claimed as a cash refund. 

Season card holders in the 2020/21 season who took option three on their season card – which was to transfer their payment to a 2021/22 season card, will have their season card automatically processed in their 2019/20 seat. Those who were not season card holders in 2019/20 will be contacted directly to arrange their seat selection.

These season card holders have already paid for their 2021/22 season card and therefore can either claim their loyalty bonus(es) as a refund by emailing ticketoffice@pne.com or leave the money in their MyPNE account to pay for future ticket purchases, i.e. cup games, friendlies or away match tickets and travel.

Option three season card holders who have not been contacted or received confirmation of their 2021/22 season card by Wednesday 16^th June should contact the ticket office either by calling 0344 856 1966 or by emailing ticketoffice@pne.com.

Season card prices for 2021/22 before any relevant discounts are applied are as follows:

• Blocks D, E and F of the Sir Tom Finney Stand and Invincibles Pavilion are premium seating.
• Blocks A, B and C of the Sir Tom Finney Stand are Family Zone seating and we encourage this to be a family only zone. Families will be able to buy at the family zone pricing, online, over the phone or in person. Supporters buying in this area must have a junior or U11 in their booking.  
• Existing supporters sitting in this area that are without a junior or U11 who wish to renew, will need to contact the ticket office directly to book their season ticket, either over the phone or in person. We will not permit any new supporters buying in this area without a junior or U11, which will also apply on a match-by-match basis. 
• All U14s must be accompanied by an adult, a maximum of four U11s can be purchased with one adult card.
• As previously announced the club are moving towards the nationally recognised pricing structure of disabled supporters paying the price of their relevant price bracket/stand, with a free helper available as a reasonable adjustment where required. However for this season only, this will revert back to the 2019/20 pricing of £200 for all disabled supporters. It is anticipated that the stepped price increase will commence again from next season.

• Car park pass holders from the 2019/20 season will be able to purchase for 2021/22 at the reduced price of £210; remaining car park spaces – including the new area in front of the Sir Tom Finney Stand and Alan Kelly Town End – are on general sale from 7th June at £250 per space.
