Alan Browne has been called up by the Republic of Ireland for the upcoming international break.
Stephen Kenny's team will face Portugal in the penultimate fixture of their World Cup qualification campaign on Thursday 11th November (7.45pm kick-off), before completing their schedule in Luxembourg on Sunday 14th November at 7.45pm.
Republic of Ireland currently sit fourth in their group, with a place in the competition unfortunately out of reach.
PNE club captain Browne has already earned 16 caps for his country, with the most recent of those coming in a draw against Serbia in September.
