Preston North End reserves are in Central League Cup action on Tuesday 30th November, welcoming Morecambe to Euxton for a 1pm kick-off.
PNE were initially set to face Fleetwood Town, but this game was postponed at the request of the visitors, therefore the previously-postponed fixture against Morecambe in September has been rearranged for Tuesday.
Morecambe were set to host this match, but at their request this will now take place at Euxton, however the Shrimps will still be classed as the home team.
This is the last group game of the Central League Cup, with North End having picked up two wins from the two matches so far, and the winner of each of the three groups - as well as the best-placed runner up - will progress to the knockout stages.
The club will be running its usual free shuttle bus service from Deepdale, via Leyland Tesco, for Tuesday’s game, with the bus leaving the stadium at 12pm and passing through Leyland at approximately 12.20pm.
Supporters must book their place on this service – with limited numbers available – through the ticket office at Deepdale, online from MyPNE.Com or by emailing email@example.com. Pre-booked tickets can be collected from the ticket office up until the departure of the bus, while those getting on at Leyland can give their name when boarding and collect their ticket from the driver.
Please note, when booking travel online, the price of a ticket will appear as £0.01, but this will become free once added to your basket.
For those wishing to drive, there will unfortunately not be the facility to park on site and fans must also not park on the nursery access road opposite.
Entry to the training ground is permitted from 12pm through the wooden gates which are located on the right-hand side once you have come through the entrance off Euxton Lane and before you reach the barrier.
There will be toilet facilities available to supporters onsite, however unfortunately there will be no refreshments to purchase.
For those who can’t attend, we will be providing key updates live on our social media and a match report will then follow on PNE.Com.
