There are 11 pairs of tickets available for supporters in a wheelchair, with prices relevant to their age category, and a carer ticket will be provided free of charge.
Tickets for ambulant disabled supporters are also priced according to their age category, with a carer receiving a complimentary ticket.
Coach travel is also available for this fixture for just £15 per person, with coaches departing both Deepdale and Leyland at 11am.
