Young goalkeeper Oliver Lombard has joined Kendal Town on a youth loan until 10th October 2021.
Lombard signed his first professional contract in the summer and heads out on loan to gain first team experience.
The 18-year-old started his first game for Kendal on Tuesday evening in their 4-3 win over Prescot Cables and he will be working under former North End winger Chris Humphrey who manages the Northern Premier League side.
While out on loan, Lombard is still eligible to play for the U19s and in the Central League fixtures if required.
