Preston North End will take on Liverpool in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
North End will host Jurgen Klopp's side at Deepdale on the week commencing 25th October, with full details to be confirmed in due course.
The Lilywhites secured a place in the last 16 with a 4-1 win over Cheltenham Town on Tuesday evening at Deepdale, having beaten Mansfield Town and Morecambe in the earlier rounds.
North End will now go head to head with the Premier League giants for a place in the quarter-finals of the competition.
The two sides last faced each other in competitive action back in 2009 when Liverpool visited Deepdale in the FA Cup.
