Following the rearrangement of our Championship fixture against Sheffield United, the club requested for its FA Youth Cup fourth round tie against Sheffield Wednesday to be moved, so that the games would not be played on the same evening.
However, unfortunately this request has been rejected by our hosts and therefore the two fixtures will now clash.
Preston North End fans showed great support to our youngsters in the third round by traveling down to Sutton United, and we had hoped they would also be able to head to Hillsborough in their numbers for the next round.
Given that this game now coincides with a first team home fixture, the coach travel which had initially been organised from Deepdale to Hillsborough will no longer run. Any supporters who had already purchased their tickets for this can claim a refund by contacting the ticket office on 0344 856 1966 or by emailing ticketoffice@pne.com.
