Cameron Archer has been named in the England U20 squad for their fixtures against Poland and Germany later this month.
The striker, who has scored five goals for Preston North End since his arrival on loan from Aston Villa, made his debut for the Young Lions in November 2021 against Portugal.
He will now look to earn further caps during the upcoming break in a double header for Andy Edwards’ side, starting with a trip to face Poland on Friday 25th March in the U20 Elite League.
Archer and his team-mates will then return to England to take on league leaders Germany in Colchester on Tuesday 29th March, with the game kicking off at 7.30pm.
Everyone at PNE wishes Cameron all the best during the break.
