The Gentry Bar
The Gentry Bar, located to the left of the ticket office on the Sir Tom Finney Stand, will open to supporters from 11am as usual. Full timings can be found below:
Doors open – 11am

Fan zone reopens – 4.45pm
Last orders – 6pm
Fan zone closes – 6.30pm

There will also be food available in the outside area of the fan zone, with a burger van and the Hot Potato Tram in attendance.
Preston North End Community and Education Trust plan to have their football inflatable game up and running, however this is dependent on the weather, while the family room in the Sir Tom Finney Stand and gaming pods will open from 1.30pm.
Ticketing And Club Shop Info
Tickets will be available to purchase online from www.mypne.com, in person from the ticket office, and over the phone on 0344 856 1966 until kick-off.
The club shop will also open at 9am with a limited amount of PNE training wear on sale. You can find a full update on the new stock here.
Also in the shop, you can find copies of 'The One And Only Invincibles: Preston North End’s Footballing Pioneers’, written by the club’s statistician Martin Atherton, based on the records of club historian Ian Rigby. The book is available to purchase for £15 and sales will support the work of Preston North End Community and Education Trust’s Sporting Memories programme.
Shuttle Bus
The matchday shuttle bus service, which runs from Leyland through Bamber Bridge on its way to the stadium, will be running on Saturday.
Return tickets cost £6 and fans using the service will simply pay the driver on-board.

Smoking & E-Cigarettes Not Permitted
The club would like to remind supporters that smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes is strictly not permitted inside Deepdale.
Ground regulations state that “EFL stadia are smoke-free and smoking or the use of electronic cigarettes is not permitted inside the ground.”
As a club, we hope sanctions would not be necessary, although anyone found in breach of ground regulations could be subject to ejection from the stadium.
Multi-Faith Prayer Rooms
There are two multi-faith prayer rooms available for home supporters to use at Deepdale both before and during the game.
Supporters can find the Sir Tom Finney Stand multi-faith prayer room between the two block F entry points on the concourse, while another can be found between blocks E and F of the Invincibles Pavilion.
The prayer rooms will be open 90 minutes before kick-off through until full-time.
Reporting Abuse, Discrimination & Anti-Social Behaviour
Supporters who witness or hear any abuse, discrimination or anti-social behaviour while at Deepdale can report the incident using the club’s text service.
Fans can text 66777 and messages must start with ‘PNE’ followed by details of the incident. An example of how to use this service can be found below:
“PNE I’m in the Sir Tom Finney Stand, row 10, seat 34. Male sitting directly in front of me shouting racist abuse.”
All incidents can be reported to the club by email on enquiries@pne.com, but fans are strongly advised to use this text service at the time to allow these matters to be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Love Football, Protect The Game
As confirmed at the end of July, new measures are being taken across all of football to help ensure the sport remains safe and enjoyable for all.
To challenge the totally unacceptable presence of football tragedy abuse, regulation changes and tough new measures have been introduced for the 2023/24 season which will see people who are found guilty of offences face stadium bans and criminal prosecution.
This builds on measures to address dangerous and illegal crowd behaviour which were introduced last year and continue through the 2023/24 season, including bans and reports to the police for activity such as entering the pitch without permission, carrying or using smoke bombs or pyrotechnics and throwing objects – as well as drug use and discriminatory behaviour.
Refreshments Service For Disabled Supporters
Those supporters situated on the disabled platforms, and disabled fans on the front row of each stand, are able to place orders before the match for half-time.
Members of staff will come to these supporters to place orders which will be delivered shortly before half-time. Please note, this service excludes alcohol sales due to no alcoholic beverages being allowed inside the stadium bowl.
Please also be aware only card payments can be made for our refreshments service for disabled supporters.
Flags
Following on from the success of last season, PNE-Online worked hard throughout the summer to add even more flags and banners for the 2023/24 campaign.
Supporters in the Alan Kelly Town End and Sir Tom Finney Family Stand are invited to pick up a flag from the concourse as they enter the stadium.
However, fans are once again urged to return the flags to where they were picked up at the end of the match.
