Who’s Available?
Ryan Lowe should be able to choose from the same side which defeated Leeds United on Boxing Day, with everyone seemingly coming through unscathed.
Robbie Brady won’t be in the squad, though, as he continues his recovery from a calf injury picked up in Swansea.
Emil Riis is the only other expected absentee, with the striker likely to return at some stage in January.
Opposition Focus
Sheffield Wednesday arrive at Deepdale in need of points to retain their Championship status, with the side from Yorkshire currently sat 23rd and nine points from safety.
After winning just once in their first 18 matches following promotion, they’ve improved as of late, having tasted victory three times in December under the new management of German Danny Röhl.
18-year-old forward Bailey Cadamarteri – an Academy product – has been a bright spark recently, with three goals in his last six matches, while there will be no Deepdale return for defender Bambo Diaby, who saw red in the last game against Coventry City.
A Recent Clash
Liam Lindsay’s header at Hillsborough secured back-to-back wins for PNE back in August.
