The final round of Sky Bet Championship fixtures in the 2022/23 season will now take place on Monday 8th May, with kick-off at 3pm.
Preston North End will end the regular league campaign with a home tie against Sunderland, with the game initially set to take place on Saturday 6th May.
However, due to the coronation of His Majesty King Charles III taking place that day, all EFL fixtures have been altered.
The decision was approved by the EFL Board at a recent meeting and follows consultation with stakeholders.
