Ticket Information

Tickets will be available to purchase right up until kick-off from the ticket office at Deepdale, while fans can also buy online from www.mypne.com.

Tickets are priced at just £10 for adults, £5 for concessions, and £1 for U11s for this fixture.

Please note, as this is a pre-season friendly, this fixture is not included in a 2023/24 season card, and a match ticket must be purchased separately to gain entry.

Sodexo Live! Update

In case you missed it earlier in the week, the club and Sodexo Live! provided the following update ahead of this week’s two pre-season friendlies.

“Just nine days ago on 10th July, global leader in hospitality and events, Sodexo Live!, took over the catering operations at Deepdale.

For the pre-season friendlies against Ipswich Town and Aberdeen, as the Sodexo Live! team continues to embed itself in the club, supporters won’t see massive changes to the offering, however significant investment is currently underway to transform the fan experience in time for the new Championship season starting next month.

This will include the introduction of over 100 new pumps, allowing additional draft products on the concourse including Amstel & Cruzcampo. Furthermore, Sodexo Live! is doubling the number of till points to speed up the catering experience for fans on matchdays from August.

Always putting the customer at the heart of what it does, the Sodexo Live! team is also arranging a meeting next week to engage with fans and to get their feedback on what they’d like to see implemented at the club.”

Multi-Faith Prayer Rooms

There are two multi-faith prayer rooms available for home supporters to use at Deepdale both before and during the game.

Supporters can find the Sir Tom Finney Stand multi-faith prayer room between the two block F entry points on the concourse, while another can be found between blocks E and F of the Invincibles Pavilion.

The prayer rooms will be open 90 minutes before kick-off through until full-time.

Audio Descriptive Commentary

Unfortunately, Preston Hospital Radio are unable to provide their usual audio descriptive commentary for this fixture.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to those supporters who use the service on a home matchday.

Reporting Abuse, Discrimination & Anti-Social Behaviour

Supporters who witness or hear any abuse, discrimination or anti-social behaviour while at Deepdale can report the incident using the club’s text service.

Fans can text 66777 and messages must start with ‘PNE’ followed by details of the incident. An example of how to use this service can be found below:

“PNE I’m in the Sir Tom Finney Stand, row 10, seat 34. Male sitting directly in front of me shouting racist abuse.”

All incidents can be reported to the club by email on enquiries@pne.com, but fans are strongly advised to use this text service at the time to allow these matters to be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Refreshments Service For Disabled Supporters

Those supporters situated on the disabled platforms, and disabled fans on the front row of each stand, are able to place orders before the match for half-time.

Members of staff will come to these supporters to place orders which will be delivered shortly before half-time. Please note, this service excludes alcohol sales due to no alcoholic beverages being allowed inside the stadium bowl.

Please also be aware that, in a change to last season, only card payments can be made for our refreshments service for disabled supporters.
