It was then back to the grass in the afternoon as they played some small-sided matches, prior to finishing the day off with some yoga and recovery time in the pool.
On Wednesday, Ryan Lowe's side will take on Bruno's Magpies at Pinatar Arena, and hundreds of North End supporters are expected to be in attendance.
