Multi-Faith Prayer Rooms

There are two multi-faith prayer rooms available for home supporters to use at Deepdale both before and during the game.

Supporters can find the Sir Tom Finney Stand multi-faith prayer room between the two block F entry points on the concourse, while another can be found between blocks E and F of the Invincibles Pavilion.

Fans sat on the Alan Kelly Town End can use either prayer room by contacting their nearest steward, who will escort supporters to a prayer room every 15 minutes.

The prayer rooms will be open 90 minutes before kick-off through until full-time.

Flag Display

Flags will again be available on the concourses of the Alan Kelly Town End and the Sir Tom Finney Family Stand for supporters to take up to their seats.

All fans are encouraged to take part in the displays, however it is essential all flags are returned at the end of the game to where they were picked up from.

Fans who have left the ground with any of the flags in any previous fixtures are also kindly asked to return them to Deepdale.

Reporting Abuse, Discrimination & Anti-Social Behaviour

Supporters who witness or hear any abuse, discrimination or anti-social behaviour while at Deepdale can report the incident using the club’s text service.

Fans can text 66777 and messages must start with ‘PNE’ followed by details of the incident. An example of how to use this service can be found below:

“PNE I’m in the Alan Kelly Town End, row 10, seat 34. Male sitting directly in front of me shouting racist abuse.”

All incidents can be reported to the club by email on enquiries@pne.com, but fans are strongly advised to use this text service at the time to allow these matters to be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Half-Time Drink Tokens

Due to licensing restrictions, alcoholic beverages can only be served two hours prior to kick-off and alcohol then cannot be served between 3pm and 3.35pm. Alcohol can then be served from that point until ten minutes into the second half.

As per previous fixtures, drink tokens for half-time alcoholic refreshments will be in use in the Alan Kelly Town End, Invincibles Pavilion and Sir Tom Finney Stand.

Supporters can go to any kiosks in these stands at any time prior to kick-off, and pre-order and pay for their alcoholic drinks for half-time. Fans will receive a token in return at this point, which they can present at half-time at the designated collection points.

Supporters in the Invincibles Pavilion can collect from Kiosk 7i, located on the right side of the concourse near the Kop.

There are two collection points in the Alan Kelly Town End: collection point green, which is located next to the central stairwell, and collection point yellow, which is located at the beer bar between the two double kiosks.

Fans in the Sir Tom Finney Stand can also get their drink tokens, either from collection point purple, which is located at the south side of the stand, or from collection point white at the north side.

Refreshments Service For Disabled Supporters

Those supporters situated on the disabled platforms, and disabled fans on the front row of each stand, are able to place orders before the match for half-time.

Members of staff from Heathcote&Co will come to these supporters to place orders which will be delivered shortly before half-time. Please note, this service excludes alcohol sales due to no alcoholic beverages being allowed inside the stadium bowl.
