Kian Best has been called up to the England U19 squad for the first time in his career!
The 18-year-old, after signing his first professional contract with PNE in the summer, has featured eight times for North End this season, and his performances have clearly caught the eye of his nation.
The left-sided defender, who joined PNE as an U9, has been on standby previously for the England U19s, but he will be part of the 24-strong squad which will head to Marbella next week for three matches.
England will take on Romania, Japan and Mexico over the course of a week in Spain.
England vs Romania, Wednesday 15th November, 5pm kick-off.
England vs Japan, Saturday 18th November, 1pm kick-off.
Mexico vs England, Tuesday 21st November, 5pm kick-off.
