Alan Browne has once again been called up by Republic of Ireland for their upcoming UEFA EURO qualifiers.
The North End skipper has become a regular for his national side in recent years and featured in both qualifiers in September against France and the Netherlands, tasked with marking Kylian Mbappé in the first of those fixtures.
He will be hoping to earn further caps during the October break as Ireland continue their UEFA EURO qualification campaign with clashes against Greece and Gibraltar.
Stephen Kenny’s men will take on Greece at the Aviva Stadium for a 7.45pm kick-off on Friday 13th October, before then heading to Portugal to face Gibraltar on Monday 16th October (7.45pm).
Ireland currently sit fourth in their group, with a six-point gap between themselves and second-placed Netherlands, while France sit top with five wins from five.
Good luck, Browney!
