Ali McCann will not join up with the Northern Ireland squad during the international break due to injury.
The midfielder wasn’t part of the North End squad at Portman Road last weekend and, following a scan on his calf, he will now begin a period of rehabilitation with PNE.
Ali was set to feature for his country in UEFA EURO qualifiers against San Marino and Slovenia, but will instead stay at Euxton.
