Watch The First Team Train At Euxton

7 February 2024

Preston North End will be hosting an open training session at Euxton this half-term to give young supporters a chance to watch and meet the first team.

On Monday 12th February, PNE fans and families* are invited to come to the club’s training ground and watch the lads prepare for the Middlesbrough fixture taking place at Deepdale two days later.

The Euxton gates will open to fans from 12.30pm, with training set to commence around 1pm for approximately 90 minutes.

Once training has concluded, the players and the manager will come across to meet the supporters in attendance for signing and photo opportunities.

How To Attend

Fans are asked to sign up for the event either online, over the phone on 0344 856 1966, or by emailing ticketoffice@pne.com.

This event is free of charge and no physical ticket is required.

Travel

The two free shuttle buses are now fully booked. They will leave the stadium at 11.45am from the Lowthorpe Road side, picking up at Leyland Tesco around 12pm on its way to the training ground. The bus will then leave at 3.30pm, allowing plenty of time for supporters to take photos with the players.

Supporters were required to book their place on the service in advance, by calling or visiting the ticket office, or by doing so online.

Parking

There is no car parking available on-site and the two nearby car parks available for fans are now fully booked. Fans who have booked will need to show their email confirmation on arrival.

Supporters are kindly reminded no parking is available on-site or directly outside the training ground.

Facilities

Hot and cold refreshments, including a free drink, will be available to fans on the day, and please note only cash payments will be accepted. There are also toilet facilities on-site, including an accessible portaloo.

There will also be a pop-up stall from the Castore club shop selling a small number of items such as footballs and replica shirts.

Preston North End Community and Education Trust will also be in attendance with their football inflatable game, and prizes such as a training ground tour (to be arranged for a later date) will be up for grabs.

We hope to see as many of you as possible at Euxton next week!
