Support A Local Side This Non-League Day

22 March 2024

With North End not in action this weekend, you can support one of the young lads out on loan or a local side on Non-League Day.

The annual event is an important day in every season, as clubs below the EFL promote the importance of affordable volunteer-led community football.

Discounts are often offered to EFL supporters to increase attendances across the weekend, and there’s no shortage of local matches for PNE fans to go and attend on Saturday 23rd March.

Bamber Bridge – where goalkeeper James Pradic is currently on loan – are offering £8 admission for North End season card holders, as Brig take on Stafford Rangers at the Sir Tom Finney Stadium at 3pm.

Elsewhere, second-year scholar Kacper Pasiek could feature for Warrington Town at home to high-flying Scunthorpe United.

The Yellows, who are looking to break into the Play-Offs, are also kicking off at 3pm, and tickets can be purchased here.

Slightly further from home, first-year pro Kitt Nelson and Workington will head to Gainsborough Trinity on Saturday for a 3pm start.

Other local non-league sides at home on Saturday include Lancaster City, Longridge Town, Chorley, and Southport.
