In conjunction with the University of South Wales [USW] and the EFL Trust, Preston North End Community and Education Trust offer the opportunity to study various degree qualifications with lectures delivered on-site at Deepdale.
Our courses provide students with the opportunity to gain work experience in the sports industry alongside their studies, as well as the chance to take up additional coaching qualifications such as an FA certificates in coaching football.
Students will mainly be based at Deepdale and Preston North End's facilities throughout the academic year, however, they will also attend two residentials a year at USW's Treforest Sports Park facility for induction and practical assessments.
Lectures are sent from the university to the students' online learning platform and are also delivered on-site at Deepdale.
Learners studying a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport qualification on our own Preston Centre of Sporting Excellence programme can move straight onto the foundation degree course. We also welcome applicants from external organisations. Entry requirements are three passes at BTEC level or equivalent, or two D grades at A-Level.
Applications should be made direct via UCAS. As part of your application, please state Preston North End Community and Education Trust as your preferred delivery provider on your personal statement.
