The Preston North End Community and Education Trust are open from 9am to 5pm on GCSE Results Day, allowing prospective students to discuss the courses being offered by the club’s community department for the 2019/20 academic year.
It’s that time of year again for Year 11 students, who will discover how they fared in their summer exams with results from their GCSEs being handed out on Thursday 20th August.
If you are still unsure of how you plan to study after finishing secondary school, you can pop down to the community offices, at the back of the Alan Kelly Town End at Deepdale, to speak with our education tutors to find out more about PNECET’s courses.
The Community and Education Trust runs both a Level Two and a Level Three Extended Diploma in Sport and Exercise, providing male and female post-16 students with the opportunity to continue studying while representing the club through playing football and futsal, including in competitions both regional and national.
Our tutors are not only fully qualified, but have vast experience of the sports and leisure industries. Meanwhile, on the pitch, students will have the chance to train with FA and UEFA qualified coaches.
So if you’re still looking to explore what you’d like to do, please come down to the community offices today [Thursday 22nd August] – our education team will happily welcome you to discuss any aspect of our courses. You could be a future Preston North End student!
