Preston North End Community and Education Trust are seeking outgoing and enthusiastic individuals to sell lottery tickets for the Half-Time Draw on home matchdays at Deepdale for the remainder of the season.
Half-Time Draw lottery ticket sellers begin work two hours hours before kick-off of home matches and must be flexible and available to work the majority of home matches during the current 2019/20 campaign.
No training is necessary for the role and there are multiple positions available. Successful candidates should be confident, possess strong people skills and be willing and able to approach people.
Sellers will be situated around the ground, including in the stadium concourses and in hospitality suites. In return, a set fee plus commission, as well as a free ticket to watch the game, will be offered.
As of the start of this season, half of all proceeds from each Half-Time Draw are put directly back into the Community and Education Trust, contributing to the running of their various schemes and initiatives in and around Preston.
The other half of proceeds from the tickets sold on a matchday represents a cash prize for one of the winning ticket holders, with a minimum prize of £250, although the figure has been as high as £390 this season.
Other prizes range from a pair of hospitality tickets for a home league match of choice - subject to availability - in the Sir Tom Finney Lounge at Deepdale, to signed Preston North End home shirts and footballs.
To express your interest in selling half-time draw lottery tickets on matchdays, please email email@example.com mentioning 'matchday lottery' in the subject line.
Winning ticket holders must now redeem their prizes by handing in their winning ticket in the community offices in the days that follow the game.
