Opportunities To Discuss Education Courses Coming Up

10 October 2019

The Community and Education Trust are holding one education open evening and another open morning in the coming weeks, primarily for Year 10 and Year 11 pupils to consider their study options for the next couple of years.

PNE's Community offices will be open from 6pm until 7pm on Monday 14th October and again from 10am to 12pm on Saturday 23rd November.

These open hours will allow those in the latter years of high school to learn more about the education courses on offer from the Community and Education Trust.

Community staff will be present for both days to discuss the courses on offer, both of which will be held in the community offices at Deepdale, situated at the back of the Alan Kelly Town End.

The Trust offers Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas in Sport and Exercise, the latter qualification equivalent to three A-Level qualifications.

There will also be plenty of information available on the Community Football Coaching foundation degree offered by the Trust - a two-year course operated in conjunction with the University of South Wales - meaning those looking at university study options are also encouraged to attend the open evening and open morning.

The degree course is offered to students upon completion of the Level 3 Diploma. Those completing equivalent qualifications with an external organisation are also welcome to apply.

While studying at PNE, students will represent the club through playing football and futsal.

For more information about our courses or to register your interest in attending an open evening or studying with the club, please contact PNE Community and Education Trust by calling 01772 693309 or emailing education@pne.com.
