With the Big PNE Sleep Out at Deepdale in November edging ever closer, the Foxton Centre will be holding an information evening about the event on Tuesday 10 September – both for those already signed up and others wishing to join the fundraising efforts.
The home of PNE will host the Big Sleep Out event, which has been organised by Biffa, Blog Preston, The Foxton Centre, Shout Network and the Trust itself, on Friday 15 November in a bid to raise funds for the Foxton Centre.
A £50,000 fundraising target has been set for The Foxton Centre to buy a house in the Preston area, which will help to keep rough sleepers off the city’s streets.
Individuals and businesses of all sizes are being encouraged to get involved with raising the vital funds for the property.
The gathering at The Foxton Centre will provide those set to take part, as well as those interested but yet to sign up, with details for the event and fundraising tips.
The Foxton Centre is situated on Knowseley Street, Preston, PR1 3SA and the information evening will begin at 7.30pm.
