Preston North End Community and Education Trust will be delivering a multi-sports summer camp for children aged five to eleven from Monday 20th July until Friday 14th August.
PNECET will host the multi-sports summer camp at Barton St Lawrence Primary School but children in year one to year six from all primary schools are welcome to attend.
The multi-sports summer camp will run from 8.45am until 3.30pm on weekday – drop-offs should take place no earlier, and pick-up times no later, than these times. Sessions are conducted by fully qualified and DBS checked coaches.
COVID-19 measurements have been implemented to ensure the camp is safe for both children and PNECET staff.
All children will have their temperature checked upon arrival before entering the camp. A clear one-way system is in place for drop off and pick-up points alongside implementing scheduled handwashing breaks and sanitising stations for equipment.
There will be three social bubbles of up to 15 children, with the bubbles divided into children in year one and two, year three and four, and year fix and six.
Children must wear trainers and have clothing for indoor and outdoor facilities, and must also bring a packed lunch and labelled water bottle. Soft drinks will not be permitted.
Spaces on the multi-sports summer camp are limited with a block booking for one week priced at £75 per child. Daily bookings are unavailable because of COVID-19 restrictions.
To secure your child’s place, you must make a booking in advance, as walk-ins are unavailable with only limited spaces due to COVID-19.
Bookings can be made by calling 0344 856 1964 between 9am and 4pm where payment can be made if your child’s place is confirmed, however contactless payment will also be available on the day.
Cash payments should be made to the exact amount and in a sealed envelope, with your child’s name clearly written on the front.
