“Anyone is welcome to join in, with the sessions being tailored specifically to target groups. This is a fantastic way to keep the community and our participants physically and mentally fit during this challenging time.”

The Trust have also been releasing a series of daily challenges on social media to engage existing and new participants in physical activity. Follow PNECET on Twitter @pnecommunity and on Facebook and Instagram @PNECET to find more daily challenges.
