Secondary school learners receiving their GCSE results this week can continue to enrol with Preston's Centre of Sporting Excellence, the official education partnership between PNECET and Preston College, providing high-quality, technical education programmes.
The Centre of Sporting Excellence offers Diploma in Sport qualifications at levels one, two and three, with the option of a sports science or sports coaching pathway at level three.
Learners will study modules covering a wealth of sporting disciplines while having the opportunity to represent both PNECET and Preston College by playing in weekly football fixtures against other professional clubs, in national football leagues such as the EFL Community and Education Football Alliance League.

Those enrolled on the course can also access unique work placements from both organisations, as well as exciting enrichment opportunities and cultural trips.
