Preston North End Community and Education Trust is set to resume the running of its weekly women’s walking football sessions from Thursday 19th August.
The session had not been running since the start of the Coronavirus pandemic in March last year.
To run every Thursday, sessions will take place from 7pm until 8pm on an astro turf pitch at PlayFootball Preston (Tag Lane, Ingol, PR2 3TX), with an initial cost of £5.
The Trust hopes to bring down the cost of the session when the number of participants increases.
Women of all ages are welcome to attend and there is no need to pre-register ahead of the session.
