Preston North End Community and Education Trust’s holiday provision will be revamped for October half-term with a number of exciting new elements introduced for both its Soccer School and Activity Zone programmes.
The Soccer School and Activity Zone will run during October half-term, from Monday 25th October until Friday 29th October, with each provision running with different themed activities throughout the five-day week.
The Soccer School will support children to develop different aspects of their football skills every day, with the opportunity to play in tournaments against other participants, all under the supervision of our UEFA qualified, DBS-approved coaches.
There will also be prizes up for grabs for high-performing Soccer School participants, who will be awarded via presentation ceremonies during the camp.
The Activity Zone will run as a separate provision with different activities running each day, including themed educational workshops and multi-sport activities.
The new PNECET inflatable, which has been present on recent home matchdays, will also be in use for Activity Zone participants, while a Halloween competition will award the best-dressed youngsters with a number of exciting prizes.
Hours have also been extended for both provisions, running from 9am until 4pm each day, with the earliest drop-off time 8.30am and the latest pick-up time 4.30pm.
The Soccer School and the Activity Zone will run as completely separate provisions and children will be unable to swap between each provision due to on-going Covid-19 restrictions. Upon booking, parents or guardians must specify which provision they wish their child to attend.
Both provisions remain open to primary school children aged five to 11-years-old.
