Preston North End Community and Education Trust [PNECET] is seeking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Elite Female Football Co-ordinator to manage and coordinate all aspects of PNECET's new Emerging Talent Centre [ETC].
The Elite Female Football Co-ordinator will manage a team of staff to develop and implement a high-quality service that aligns with the ETC criteria outlined by the Football Association.
The ETC will provide a systematic approach to identifying talented female players across Preston and the surrounding areas.
The Elite Female Football Co-ordinator will be responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of female football participation across the Trust. You will work within primary and secondary schools alongside grassroots clubs to provide talented girls with an opportunity to be identified and recruited into PNECET ETC programme.
PNECET's focus for the Emerging Talent Centre is to create a pathway for any female footballer to access the system. The pathway will create an environment which is both fun and holistic for players to be developed and nurtured and ultimately be given the best opportunity to succeed.
