Vacancy: Health And Wellbeing Officer

Preston North End Community and Education Trust [PNECET] is seeking to appoint a full-time, enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated Health and Wellbeing Officer to support with the delivery of the health and wellbeing provision.

The Health and Wellbeing Officer will proactively contribute to the health and wellbeing of people within the local and wider community by supporting the development and delivery of our health and wellbeing programmes associated with healthier active lifestyles, tackling loneliness, and physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Working closely with the Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, the successful candidate will deliver and support the health and wellbeing provision including but not limited to; Tier Two Weight Management Contract, Play Skills and Teatime Activities [PASTA], Fit Fans, Blood Pressure, Walking Football and Sporting Memories, amongst new programmes that will arise as a result of expanding our offer in line with the strategy.

The Health and Wellbeing Officer will strive to ensure all provision is accessible and enjoyable whilst ensuring programme key objectives are met. Data monitoring and impact measurement is a key part of this role to enable PNECET to assess and demonstrate the successful impact to funders, key partners and senior figures.
