Preston North End Community and Education Trust [PNECET] is holding an extra special Walk And Talk For Lilywhites session this Thursday to mark Time To Talk Day.
Walk And Talk For Lilywhites is a free walking group hosted by PNECET every Thursday, with participants meeting from 10.15am at the Sir Tom Finney Splash statue before heading on a walk around Moor Park from 10.30am.
The session began last summer with the aim of providing mental health benefits for participants through face-to-face conversation with like-minded others.
This week's session will be followed by the opportunity to enjoy complimentary refreshments and snacks in the Players' Lounge at Deepdale to allow for further conversation among participants.
All adults are welcome to attend but must complete a PAR-Q Health questionnaire in advance of their first session, which can be completed online by clicking here.
