Year 10 and Year 11 students are invited to an open event at Preston College this weekend to learn more about the fantastic opportunities with Preston's Centre of Sporting Excellence.
The open event is being held on Saturday 12th November from 10am until 2pm.
Preston’s Centre of Sporting Excellence is an innovative education partnership between Preston’s College and Preston North End Community and Education Trust, allowing students studying a Diploma in Sport to compete regionally and nationally alongside their studies.
Teams represent both organisations by playing in EFL Community and Education Football Alliance League weekly fixtures, against other club community organisations.
At the event, course tutors, specialist supporter staff, advisors and learners will be on hand to answer any questions about the experience you will get as a Centre of Sporting Excellence learner.
There will be some sporting challenges during the event as well as an opportunity to visit and view the facilities on site.
