Preston North End Community and Education Trust [PNECET] at Preston North End FC is seeking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Schools Provision Officer to lead, develop and deliver all gymnastics provision as part of the Premier League Primary Stars [PLPS] programme.
The Schools Provision Officer will work closely with the Schools Provision Coordinator and will be a member of the Primary Stars team, playing a role in the delivery of high-quality gymnastics to four to 11-year-olds across our Primary Stars provision within primary schools in Preston and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will support the development of a gymnastics offer for the PLPS programme whilst supporting and up-skilling primary school teachers to deliver high-quality gymnastics lessons to their pupils.
The ambition is to provide teachers with the knowledge and skills to improve physical education, school sport and physical activity across schools in Preston and the surrounding areas. Data monitoring and impact measurement is a key part of this role to enable both primary schools and PNECET to assess and demonstrate the successful impact.
The successful candidate will be a member of the education department. PNECET has a holistic array of education provisions such as but not limited to; Premier League Primary Stars programme, Alternative Education Provision, Further Education, Higher Education and Traineeship programmes.
